Wednesday, June 14, 2006 Summer is here! So camping was fabby, the site was lovely and the weather was gorgeous. Andy went out a few tmes in his canoe, he had to try and avoid the sun though so he wouldn't burn. That was the most difficult thing as it was sooo HOT! I found it ok driving with the canoe strapped to the car, and soon got used to it. I took it a bit slower than normal though. The thing that I like about this car is that although it is obviously bigger than the Fiesta it doesn't feel too huge when you are sitting inside it.
So we are hoping to go camping again in a week or so. Just hope the weather will be just as kind to us.
It's Andy's birfday tomorrow, so I'm wrapping his pressies. I've got a busy day ahead. Got a tutor lesson and then I'm off to do a pamper Party at Tilly Mynt's. Guess I'd better tidy up to ready for visitors tomorrow.

Lula is doing ok, thanks for asking MW. Her blood sugars have been a bit up and down but seem to be getting better. Lil bugger scratched me this morning though as she didn't want to go to the vets for her blood test, she just wanted TO GO OUT! It's sunny so we don't see her for most of the day. She goes off to explore 'cat land' which is the railway embankment opposite us!
So we have finally bought a new car and it's big enough for Andy's canoe to go on top. We're really chuffed coz we got the type and colour we wanted, and with low mileage for it's age too. Plus we didn't have to travel miles to find it. Just can't stop grinning :0) So different from my old Fiesta. We pick it up on Tuesday.

Not much else going on, been putting more stuff up on my Ebay Store Hoping to go camping soon, we're going to go to Bala so that Andy can get some canoeing in.
My bro is having an early birthday party tomorrow. There will be a bouncy castle, space hoppers, inflatable sumo wrestling suits and a limbo bar....oh yeah, he'll be 34!!! Wonder if there will be jelly and icecream? LOL | 1:46 pm
